1. General Information
The Liber Omnis online service, available at https://liberomnis.org (the “Service”), is an online platform dedicated to curated art editions, Codex collections, and related digital and physical works.
The Service is operated and all sales contracts are concluded by:

Artistic and curatorial supervision of selected collections is provided by World 3.0 Foundation.
The Foundation is not a party to sales contracts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Definitions
Customer – any natural person or legal entity using the Service.
Consumer – a natural person acting for purposes not directly related to business activity.
Seller – MARVELO GROUP sp. z o.o.
Product – physical or digital items offered via the Service.
Order – a Customer’s declaration of intent to purchase Products.
3. Scope of the Service
The Service offers, in particular:
limited edition physical artworks and prints,
digital content and digital collectibles,
archival and curatorial content related to Codex collections.
Products may be limited in quantity, time, or edition number.
4. Placing Orders
Orders are placed electronically via the Service.
An Order constitutes an offer to purchase a Product.
A binding sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the Order sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.
Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Payments
Available payment methods are indicated in the Service and may include:
bank transfer,
online payment operators,
other methods made available by the Seller.
Payment must be completed in full to process the Order.
6. Delivery
6.1 Physical Products
Physical Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics providers.
6.2 Digital Products
Digital Products are delivered electronically (download link, access link, or account access).
Delivery occurs immediately after payment confirmation unless stated otherwise.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
7.1 Withdrawal Period
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from:
the day the Consumer receives the physical Product, or
the day the contract is concluded for digital content, provided delivery has not yet begun.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Seller by e-mail at:
office@liberomnis.org
7.2 Effects of Withdrawal
Upon effective withdrawal, the contract shall be deemed terminated.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice or returned Product.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7.3 Return Shipping Costs
If the Product is not technically defective, all costs of return shipping are borne by the Customer.
The Seller does not accept cash-on-delivery or unpaid return shipments.
7.4 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
digital content delivered immediately with the Consumer’s explicit consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right,
customized or personalized Products,
Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned after opening.
8. Complaints and Claims
The Seller is liable for technical defects of the Product in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints should be submitted electronically to office@liberomnis.org and must include:
order number,
description of the defect,
photographic or other supporting evidence, if applicable.
Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 30 days from the date of receipt.
8.1 Non-Defective Products
If the Product is found to be free from technical defects, all shipping and return costs related to the complaint or return are borne by the Customer.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available within the Service, including but not limited to artworks, texts, graphics, symbols, layouts, and Codex structures, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent of the Seller or the respective rights holder.
10. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for interruptions or limitations of the Service caused by force majeure, technical failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
13. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important legal, technical, or organizational reasons.
Amendments do not affect Orders placed prior to their entry into force.
The current version of the Terms is always available on the Service.
